Tracking my order?

Yes, if you have opted into DHL express shipping you will receive either SMS, E-Mail (or both) notifications on the status of your delivery.

No, if you have opted for Royal Mail 24 or 48 these are both untracked services for the customer. We can have track when your item has been delivered or attempted to be delivered. If you require this information please email sales@purplebone.com with your order number and shipping address.

Do you ship Internationally?

Yes International shipping is available. There are multiple options to chose from, both economical and express.

What will the taxes on my order be?

All taxes will be calculated at checkout once you have entered your delivery address in. If you are outside the EU there is a 20% price reduction on all products (excluding Dog Magazine).

Can I get Free Shipping?

Occasionally Purplebone will offer free shipping within the United Kingdom to customers. Currently Free UK Shipping is available. Check the prices above to see if your shopping basket applies.

What’s a heavy item?

Heavy items include dog beds & bed rolls.

Click and Collect?

Yes you can click and collect from our two London dog stores for Free. Choose from Notting Hill Gate or Kings Road, Chelsea.

Free Collection is available as an option at checkout. See the time scale for collection above.

Returns?

Purplebone accepts returns of unworn, unwashed, undamaged or defective merchandise. For full refund within 28 days of original purchase. Please visit the returns page here, to print off your free returns label.
