DELIVERY

We understand how important it is to get your delivery to you as quickly and conveniently as possible. Purplebone offers a range of express and standard options. Please refer to the prices below. Prices vary dependent on the weight of your order. Please select the option that suits you best at the checkout page. Orders are dispatched as soon as our e-commerce team are available, this is usually the same day or within 1 business day. Orders placed on a Friday after 3pm will be dispatched the following Monday, though we will endeavour to have them dispatched on the Friday itself.

Free Collection

Free collection from Purplebone Notting Hill, 1 – 2 Business Days.

Please await a ‘Your Purplebone Order Has Been Dispatched’ email before arriving in store to collect your items. Please bring proof of ID and a copy of your confirmation email when you collect your order.

Orders by 2pm, from Monday to Friday can be collected in store after 2pm the next day (excluding bank holidays). If you order on a Saturday or Sunday, you can collect after 2pm on Monday (excluding bank holidays).

We will hold any products in store for a maximum of 28 days. Orders not picked up within 28 days will be returned to warehouse and we will be in contact with you to organise re-delivery.

RETURNS

Purplebone gladly accepts returns of unworn, unwashed, unused or undamaged, merchandise (including all labels) purchased online for a full refund within 28 days of original purchase. We do not accept returns of store purchases this way. All goods bought in store must be returned to store.

Please request a proof of postage receipt with your returned package. Refunds will be issued once we have received the goods. This refund only includes the total of goods sent not the delivery charge. Any goods with manufacturing faults on arrival will be replaced or refunded.  In the case of goods returned for refund, payments will be refunded within 7 days of our receiving the goods in good condition.

We do accept returns on International orders, however Purplebone will not pay for added postage costs. The customer will need to pay for postage of the return of the items and for the exchanged item back to the customer.
