United Kingdom Returns
Purplebone gladly accepts returns of unworn, unwashed, unused or undamaged merchandise purchased by phone or online for a full refund within 28 days of original purchase.
Any unwanted items must be sent back in original packaging (including all labels) and condition. Free-post returns labels are sent along side all clothing purchases, If you have not received a free-post returns label and would like one, you can download one here.
If you are unhappy with the goods received we will refund them if they are sent back in new resalable condition within 30 days along with the original receipt. We suggest for your own protection you request a proof of postage receipt. Any refunds will be issued once we have received the goods, in the original condition. This refund only includes the total of goods sent not the delivery charge. We will not charge a restocking fee for returned items. Any goods with manufacturing faults on arrival will be replaced or refunded and does not affect your statutory rights. In the case of goods returned for refund, payments will be refunded within 30 days of our receiving the goods in good condition.

If for any reason you are not satisfied with your online purchase, email firstname.lastname@example.org or call +44 20 72212371 to initiate a Return Merchandise Authorisation, which is required to process a return.
