WHAT ARE MY SHIPPING OPTIONS?
TERMS OF SERVICE
We know how important it is to get your delivery to you as quickly and conveniently as possible, and we offer a range of Express and Standard options.
Please refer to the tables below to check delivery information for your country; please select the option that suits you best at the checkout page.
All orders are dispatched within one working day from receipt of your order. All next day delivery orders received by 1pm are dispatched the same day. All next day delivery orders received after then will be dispatched the next day.
Orders placed on a Friday after 3pm will be dispatched the following Monday, though we will endeavour to have them dispatched on the Friday itself.
If you wish to receive your item on the Saturday, please call customer services to arrange a Special Next Day Weekend delivery.
Please note times specified exclude weekends and bank holidays, unless otherwise stated.
Same Day Delivery is currently only available in Central London. If you live outside of London and still wish to sign up for same day delivery, please email us at firstname.lastname@example.org.
Large Items currently include our range of dog beds and bed rolls.
If you have any specifications about the delivery of your order, please specify in the Order Notes on the checkout page or email us at email@example.com.
Specifications can be:
- Scheduled Delivery
- Leave with Neighbour
- Leave in Safe Place
- Delivery to an alternate address
- Hold until return to original address or vacation.
CAN I TRACK MY ORDER?
Yes, if you have opted into Fully Tracked 48 & 24 Royal Mail. You will receive either SMS, E-Mail (or both) notifications on the status of your delivery. In these messages will be a link which will direct you to the Royal Mail’s website, covering all tracking information. If you haven’t received these notifications, pleas email firstname.lastname@example.org and we will be very happy to help you on the status of your parcel,

WHAT WILL THE DUTIES AND TAXES ON MY ORDER BE?
Please note that product prices do not include duties and taxes. All duties and taxes will be calculated at checkout and are included in your shipping costs.
You will be able to view the guaranteed total amount of applicable duty and taxes/VAT for your order at checkout.
Occasionally Purplebone will offer free shipping within the United Kingdom to customers.
What’s a heavy item?
Heavy items include dog beds & bed rolls. Next Day Shipping (within the UK) is the only option with these products due to their size.

Click and Collect!
Yes we do. You can collect from either our Notting Hill Store or our Kings Road store, by selecting Free Collection at the checkout page.
