FREE Standard Shipping now applies to all UK orders. (excludes beds)
We know how important it is to get your delivery to you as quickly and conveniently as possible, and we offer a range of Express and Standard options.
Please refer to the tables below to check delivery information for your country; please select the option that suits you best at the checkout page.
TERMS OF SERVICE
All orders are dispatched within one working day from receipt of your order. All next day delivery orders received by 3pm are dispatched the same day. All order received after then will be dispatched the next day.
Orders placed on a Friday will be dispatched at the latest by the following Monday, though we will endeavour to have them dispatched on the Friday itself.
If you wish to receive your item on the Saturday, please call customer services to arrange a Special Next Day Weekend delivery.
Please note times specified exclude weekends and bank holidays, unless otherwise stated.
Same Day Delivery is currently only available in Central London. If you live outside of London and still wish to sign up for same day delivery, please email us at firstname.lastname@example.org.
Large Items currently include our range of dog beds and bed rolls.
If you have any specifications about the delivery of your order, please specify in the Order Notes on the checkout page or email us at email@example.com.
Specifications can be:
- Scheduled Delivery
- Leave with Neighbour
- Leave in Safe Place
- Delivery to an alternate address
- Hold until return to original address or vacation.
EXPRESS DHL DELIVERY
Orders where express delivery is chosen are sent using DHL Express, with guaranteed next day delivery within the UK and many major cities in Europe and the US. Almost all global destinations are reached within a 1-2day transit time (Australia 3 days).
You will receive a tracking e-mail with your shipping number and link to the DHL tracking website, with options to sign up to e-mail on your order’s process.
CAN I TRACK MY ORDER?
Yes, if you have opted into into Express delivery via DHL you will receive an e-mail when your order is dispatched, with your tracking number and a link to the tracking website. If you have not received your tracking details please contact firstname.lastname@example.org and we will provide you with the necessary information.

WHAT WILL THE DUTIES AND TAXES ON MY ORDER BE?
Please note that product prices do not include duties and taxes. All duties and taxes will be calculated at checkout and are included in your shipping costs.
You will be able to view the guaranteed total amount of applicable duty and taxes/VAT for your order at checkout.
Occasionally Purplebone will offer free shipping within the United Kingdom to customers. The offer of free shipping within the UK is either by second class Royal Mail or 1st class Royal Mail.
WHATS CLASSES AS A HEAVY ITEM?
Heavy items include our current stock of dog beds and bed rolls. Due to the size of these products, shipping will be sent with a chosen courier and as a result will cost more than usual.
WHICH COURIER COMPANIES DO YOU USE?
For standard delivery we use Royal Mail. For Express delivery we use DHL. And for next day delivery within the UK we use Point to Point/ APC.
ARE THERE ANY ADDITIONAL COSTS THAT WILL BE DUE UPON RECEIPT OF MY ORDER?
No. When you check out you will be provided with a guaranteed order total in GBP sterling. The order total presented will be the exact amount that you will be billed by Purplebone
DO YOU OFFER A CLICK & COLLECT SERVICE?
No, we don’t currently offer a click & collect service on our checkout. We are working on the infrastructure and logistics for this service onto our website.

Pick up time will take an estimated 1-2 days, however for more urgent cases we can organise same day pick up. We have 3 London stores, located on: Kings Road, Westfield and Notting Hill (visit stores for more details about the location of our 3 stores).
HOW DO I RETURN AN ITEM?
